Built on 25 years
of doing the work.

OVRdrive Project Management exists because good project management changes everything — and too many people and organizations are trying to figure it out without the right foundation.

How We Got Here

My name is Bradley Curtright. I’ve been managing projects for 25 years (across sales, marketing, IT, and professional services) and I started doing it before anyone called it that.

Early in my career, projects landed on my desk without a playbook. I didn’t have project manager in my title. I just had work that needed to get done, stakeholders who needed answers, and no formal framework to make any of it run smoothly. I figured it out. Eventually that path led to formal development, PMP certification, and a career built entirely around making projects work.

That experience of starting without the tools and building the capability over time is why coaching and mentoring individuals is so central to what OVRdrive does. I’ve been exactly where most of my clients are. Not in a theoretical sense. Literally.

Over 25 years I’ve managed projects ranging from marketing collateral and brand redesigns to product development, system integrations, and CRM and SaaS implementations. I’ve worked with consumer goods companies, manufacturers, and professional services firms. I’ve seen what happens when project management is done well and what it costs when it isn’t.

I started OVRdrive because I kept seeing the same gaps across organizations of every size. People thrust into project leadership without support. Teams with real project complexity and no consistent way to manage it. Businesses investing in tools they weren’t using effectively. The need was clear. So was what I could do about it.

What’s in the Name

Overdrive has a specific mechanical meaning. It’s the gear where an engine runs efficiently at high speed – less strain, more output, sustainable performance over the long haul. That’s not speed for its own sake. It’s optimized delivery.

That’s what good project management actually does. It doesn’t add chaos or pressure. It gives teams the framework to perform at their best without burning everything out in the process.

We follow F1 and IndyCar closely. Both are sports built on precision, ingenuity, and the relentless pursuit of performance under pressure. There’s something in that ethos that resonates with how we think about project management (not as overhead, but as the mechanism that makes everything else run better).

The name fits. Welcome to OVRdrive.

How We Work

We work with clients the way we’d want to be worked with. The person you talk to in the first conversation is invested in your outcome from day one. Depending on the engagement, we bring in trusted partners and experienced project management professionals when the work calls for it but always with your knowledge and never as a handoff.

We work virtually with clients across the country. We take on a selective number of engagements at any given time, not to be exclusive, but because we’re not willing to take on work we can’t deliver exceptionally. If we’re not the right fit for what you need, we’ll tell you. If we know someone who is, we’ll point you there.

Every engagement starts with a real conversation about where you are and what would actually help. No sales pitch. No predetermined package being pushed at you. Just an honest assessment and a path forward that makes sense for your specific situation.

OUR FOUNDATION

How We Operate

These aren’t aspirational. They’re how OVRdrive runs. Every client. Every engagement.

Integrity

Doing the right thing isn’t a policy. It’s how we operate. We say what we mean, deliver on our commitments, and will tell you what you need to hear even when it’s uncomfortable. We turn away work that isn’t the right fit and won’t take on a client we can’t genuinely serve. In a world where that’s rarer than it should be, we think it’s worth naming.

Transparency

No sales pitch. No fine print. No surprises. We are upfront about our process, our pricing, our limitations, and our reasoning from the first conversation. If we don’t know something, we’ll say so. If something isn’t working, we’ll tell you before you have to ask. Transparency isn’t just about communication, it’s about building the kind of trust that makes the work better.

Accountability

Showing up and doing the work is the minimum. Accountability means owning the result, taking responsibility when things don’t go as planned, and never deflecting. We hold ourselves to that standard and help our clients build it into the way their teams operate. Good project management doesn’t just track accountability, it models it.

Community

Giving back is part of how we do business, not an afterthought. We are committed to the 1% model by contributing a portion of our time, revenue, and resources to causes and communities that matter. That may take the form of pro bono work, donations, or volunteering. The specifics will evolve, but the commitment won’t.
